Limited service life: Although graphite copper bushings have good wear resistance under normal working conditions, their wear rate may be accelerated under extreme working conditions or long-term high load operation, resulting in a shortened service life. In addition, if there are more hard particles impurities in the working environment, it will also aggravate the wear of the graphite copper bushing, affecting its service life, compared with some special alloys or advanced surface treatment technology of the copper bushing, the life of the bushing may not be advantageous.
Higher installation requirements: the installation of graphite copper bushing requires more stringent operating procedures and technical requirements, if the installation is not appropriate, it is easy to cause damage to the graphite copper bushing or affect its normal lubrication and performance, requires experienced technicians to install, increasing the installation cost and difficulty.
