Cone crusher copper sleeve burning sleeve mainly has the following reasons:
First, lubrication
Insufficient lubrication
Lubricating oil pump failure: if the oil pump can not work normally, and can not deliver the lubricating oil to the copper bushing and other key parts, the copper bushing will heat up sharply due to the lack of lubrication, resulting in burnt bushing. For example, oil pump motor damage, oil pump internal parts wear and other conditions, may make the oil pump oil supply pressure and flow rate can not meet the requirements.
Oil line blockage: excessive impurities in the oil line, such as oil sludge, metal shavings, etc. block the oil pipe or oil hole, which will prevent the lubricant from reaching the surface of the copper sleeve. After a long time running, the friction coefficient between the copper sleeve and other parts increases, and the heat generated by friction can not be effectively taken away, thus triggering the burnt sleeve.
Insufficient lubricant: not adding enough lubricant according to the requirements of the equipment, or lubricant leakage during the operation of the equipment will make the copper bushing not fully lubricated.
Poor quality of grease (oil)
The anti-wear performance and anti-oxidation performance of the grease (oil) do not meet the working requirements of the cone crusher. For example, if low-quality lubricating oil is used, it is easy to deteriorate under high temperature and high load environment, and cannot form an effective lubricating film to protect the copper bushing, resulting in increased wear on the surface of the copper bushing, which will lead to bushing burning.
Second, assembly
Improper installation of copper sleeves
Inaccurate position of the copper sleeve during installation, such as eccentric installation, will make the force between the copper sleeve and the journal uneven. When the crusher is running, the local pressure is too large, and the heat generated by friction is concentrated in a certain area, which exceeds the bearing capacity of the copper sleeve, causing burnt sleeve.
The fit clearance between the copper sleeve and the shaft journal is not suitable. If the clearance is too small, a large frictional resistance will be generated between the copper sleeve and the journal during the startup and operation of the equipment; if the clearance is too large, it will lead to oscillation of the copper sleeve during operation, which will also increase the friction and abrasion, and may ultimately lead to burnt sleeve.
Poor assembly precision of components
The assembly precision of other related parts of the cone crusher, such as the main shaft, dynamic cone, fixed cone and other parts, does not meet the requirements. For example, excessive coaxiality error of the main shaft will transfer abnormal axial force and radial force to the copper sleeve, which will deteriorate the working condition of the copper sleeve and increase the risk of burnt sleeve.
Third, load
Overload operation
During the working process of the cone crusher, if the feeding material is too much, the feeding material size exceeds the permissible range of the equipment, etc., it will make the equipment in an overloaded state. At this time, the pressure and friction borne by the copper sleeve will greatly increase, the heat generated by the sharp rise, and the heat dissipation conditions can not meet the requirements, it is easy to cause copper sleeve burnout.
Frequent start and stop and shock load
Frequent starting and stopping of the cone crusher will make the copper sleeve experience many changes of friction state in a short time. At the same time, in the process of crushing, if there is a large hard material into the crusher, impact load, will cause instantaneous high pressure and high friction on the copper sleeve, these conditions may lead to high temperature of the copper sleeve and burn sleeves.
Fourth, the operating environment of the equipment
High temperature
If the cone crusher works in a high temperature environment and the heat dissipation condition is not good, it will increase the working temperature of the copper sleeve. For example, if the ventilation around the equipment is poor, or there is no effective heat dissipation device, the heat can not be emitted in time, which will lead to the rising temperature of the copper sleeve, and ultimately lead to the burnt sleeve.
Dust pollution
The dust content in the working environment is too high, and the dust easily enters the gap between the copper sleeve and the journal, forming abrasive wear. With the intensification of wear, the service life of the copper sleeve will be shortened, and at the same time the heat generated by friction will also increase, increasing the possibility of burnt sleeve.
