Applicable Scenarios:
Split copper bushing: It is suitable for equipment that requires frequent replacement of copper bushing or maintenance, as well as occasions where the installation space is limited and the structure of the shaft is complicated. For example, some large machinery and equipment with small internal space, the use of split bushing can be easily installed and disassembled.
Integral copper bushing: Suitable for equipment that requires high integrity and stability of the copper sleeve, as well as relatively simple working environment, do not need to frequently replace the copper sleeve occasions. For example, some small, small workload mechanical equipment, the use of integral copper sleeve can ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Performance characteristics:
Split copper bushing: Due to the existence of connection parts, the precision and strength of the connection parts may affect the overall performance of the bushing. If the design of the connection part is not reasonable or the processing precision is not high, it may lead to the loosening and deformation of the bushing in the process of using. However, split copper bushing can meet different working requirements by choosing different materials and structural design.
Integral copper bushing: the stability and strength of the overall structure is higher, which can better withstand the load and vibration of the shaft in the working process and reduce the wear and deformation of the copper bushing. However, the manufacturing process of integral copper bushing is relatively complicated and the cost is high.
Manufacturing cost:
Split copper bushing: the manufacturing process is relatively simple, does not require large-scale processing equipment and complex processing technology, and according to the need to choose different materials and manufacturing methods, reducing the manufacturing cost. However, the split copper bushing needs additional connecting devices, such as bolts, nuts, etc., and these connecting devices will also increase certain costs.
Integral copper bushing: the manufacturing process requires high technical requirements and complex processing technology, such as casting, forging, etc., which requires large-scale processing equipment and specialized technicians, and the manufacturing cost is higher. However, integral copper bushings do not require additional connecting devices, so to a certain extent can reduce material costs.
