The lubrication methods of the eccentric copper bushing of the crusher are mainly as follows:
thin oil circulation lubrication
Working principle:
Thin oil circulation lubrication system usually consists of oil pump, oil tank, filter, cooler, pipes and valves. The oil pump will lubricate oil from the tank, after filtering filter, transported to the need for lubrication of the eccentric copper bushings and other parts.
In the lubrication part, the lubricant forms a layer of oil film to reduce friction and wear. Then, the lubricant flows out from the lubricated part and returns to the oil tank through the pipeline, forming a cycle.
Advantages:
Good lubrication effect: it can continuously provide sufficient lubricating oil for the eccentric copper bushing, form a stable oil film, effectively reduce the coefficient of friction, and reduce wear.
Cooling effect: it can take away the heat generated by friction, reduce the temperature of the equipment and prolong the service life of the equipment.
Easy to monitor: through the pressure gauge, thermometer and other instruments installed in the lubrication system, the pressure and temperature of the lubricant can be monitored in real time, so that problems can be detected and dealt with in time.
Disadvantages:
Complex system: need to be equipped with oil pumps, oil tanks, filters, coolers and other equipment, the system is more complex, higher investment costs.
High maintenance requirements: the need for regular maintenance of the lubrication system, such as replacement of lubricants, cleaning filters, etc., maintenance workload.
grease lubrication
Working principle:
Grease lubrication is to smear grease on the eccentric copper bushing and other parts, through the adhesion and consistency of the grease, a lubricating film is formed on the friction surface, which reduces friction and wear.
Advantages:
Simple and convenient: there is no need for a complicated lubrication system, just apply grease regularly, the operation is simple and convenient.
Lower cost: Compared with thin oil circulation lubrication, the cost of grease lubrication is lower.
Disadvantages:
Relatively poor lubrication effect: the fluidity of grease is poor, it is difficult to form a uniform oil film, the lubrication effect is not as good as thin oil circulation lubrication.
Poor heat dissipation performance: the heat dissipation performance of grease is poor, it is difficult to take away the heat generated by the friction, which will easily lead to the increase of equipment temperature.
Not easy to monitor: it is difficult to monitor the state of grease in real time, and it is impossible to find out the lubrication problems in time.
Oil mist lubrication
Working principle:
Oil mist lubrication system through compressed air will lubricant atomization into tiny oil mist particles, and then the oil mist will be transported to the need for lubrication of the eccentric copper bushings and other parts. On the friction surface, the oil mist particles coalesce into an oil film, playing a lubricating effect.
Advantages:
Uniform lubrication: oil mist particles can be evenly distributed on the friction surface, forming a good lubrication effect.
Good heat dissipation performance: oil mist can take away part of the heat generated by friction, play a certain cooling effect.
Save lubricant: oil mist lubrication system can precisely control the supply of lubricant to avoid waste.
Disadvantages:
Complex system: need to be equipped with oil mist generator, piping, nozzles and other equipment, the system is more complex, the investment cost is higher.
High air quality requirements: oil mist lubrication system needs to use clean compressed air, if the air quality is not good, it will affect the lubrication effect.
Maintenance difficulties: the need for regular maintenance of oil mist generators, piping, nozzles and other equipment, maintenance difficulties.
