The working principle of the crusher copper sleeve is mainly based on the working method of the sliding bearing and its role in the specific mechanical structure of the crusher, as follows:
Relative motion and friction: when the crusher is in operation, the shaft will rotate or reciprocate inside the copper sleeve, and there is relative motion between the copper sleeve and the shaft, generating sliding friction. The inner wall of the copper sleeve is in close contact with the shaft to provide support for the shaft, ensuring that the shaft will not shift, wobble or deviate from the correct working position during operation, ensuring the relative positional accuracy between the various parts of the crusher, so that the crushing operation can be carried out accurately and stably.
Utilization of friction characteristics: Copper sleeve is usually made of copper alloy material, which has better wear resistance and self-lubricating performance. In the process of relative movement with the shaft, the surface of the copper sleeve can withstand a certain degree of friction and wear, and in the long-term use of the process can still maintain a good working condition. At the same time, self-lubricating performance can reduce the dependence on external lubrication system, or in the lubrication system failure can still maintain a certain period of normal work.
Oil film formation: In order to reduce the coefficient of friction between the copper bushing and the shaft, minimize wear and take away the heat generated by the friction, the crusher is usually equipped with a lubrication system. When the lubricating oil enters the gap between the copper sleeve and the shaft, under certain speed and pressure conditions, the lubricating oil will form a thin film on the surface of the copper sleeve and the shaft. This oil film separates the metal surfaces of the copper sleeve and the shaft, so that the friction between them changes from direct metal friction to friction between the lubricant film, greatly reducing the friction resistance and the degree of wear.
Heat dissipation and friction reduction: When the crusher is working, a large amount of heat will be generated due to friction and mechanical operation, if the heat can not be emitted in time, it will lead to an increase in the temperature of the copper bushing and the shaft, which will affect their mechanical properties and service life. Lubricating oil in the formation of oil film at the same time, can be taken away from the friction parts of the heat, play the role of heat dissipation, to maintain the copper bushing and shaft in the appropriate temperature range of work. In addition, the oil film also has a certain vibration-absorbing ability, which can absorb the vibration and impact generated during the operation of the crusher, reduce the noise and improve the smoothness of the equipment.
Load Carrying and Transmission: The crusher generates huge loads in the process of crushing materials, and these loads need to be transmitted to other parts of the crusher, such as the frame, through the shaft. As an intermediate part connecting the shaft and the frame, the copper sleeve bears the task of transferring the load from the shaft to the frame. With high strength and rigidity, the copper sleeve can withstand radial load, axial load, bending moment and other forms of load from the shaft to ensure the smooth transfer of load, so that the overall structure of the crusher can withstand the strong force of the crushing process.
Role of matching structure: In some crushers, the copper sleeve may work with other parts such as eccentric bushing, movable jaw and so on. For example, in the cone crusher, the copper sleeve on the eccentric sleeve and the main shaft cooperate with each other, and the rotation of the eccentric sleeve drives the main shaft to carry out eccentric movement, so that the crushing wall can crush the materials. This matching structure makes the crusher able to realize complex movement forms and complete the crushing operation of materials.
