The hardness and strength of the crusher’s copper sleeves have the following important effects on equipment performance:
Hardness and wear resistance relationship:
Higher hardness usually means better wear resistance of copper sleeve. During the working process of the crusher, the copper sleeve is in constant contact and friction with the shaft and crushing parts. Copper sleeves with high hardness can resist the wear caused by this friction and reduce surface scratches, grooves and other wear phenomena.
