The copper sleeves of the crusher are mainly located in the following positions:
Eccentric shaft part:
Eccentric shaft copper sleeve is one of the important copper parts of the crusher. It is installed between the eccentric sleeve and the main shaft of the crusher, playing the role of reducing friction and protecting the eccentric shaft and main shaft. During the operation of the equipment, the eccentric shaft rotates constantly, and the eccentric shaft copper sleeve can ensure the normal operation of the eccentric shaft and reduce wear and energy loss. When replacing, the locking packing should be drilled and broken first, and then the eccentric sleeve should be put upside down to take out the old copper sleeve, and the inner hole size of the eccentric sleeve should be checked before installing the new copper sleeve.
Dynamic cone parts:
The copper sleeve of the moving cone is divided into the upper copper sleeve of the moving cone and the lower copper sleeve of the moving cone. In the crushing process, the cone is constantly oscillating and rotating, and the copper sleeve can reduce the friction and wear between the cone and the crusher body to protect the cone and the body. The upper cone sleeve can be pulled out directly, while the lower sleeve may need to be sawed off when replacing, but be careful not to hurt the inner hole of the cone.
Horizontal shaft part:
Horizontal shaft copper sleeves are installed in the inward position of both ends of the cone crusher drive shaft. Its role is to reduce the friction between the horizontal shaft and the crusher frame to ensure the normal operation of the horizontal shaft. Horizontal shaft copper sleeve is divided into outer copper sleeve and inner copper sleeve, the outer copper sleeve can be removed by self-made pull-out device, the inner copper sleeve needs to be removed by hammering with the center rod device. Replacement requires the same attention to check whether the bore size of the shaft frame is reasonable, and sufficient cooling.
Drive shaft parts:
Transmission shaft bushing (also called horizontal bushing, flange copper sleeve) is an important copper fitting connecting the transmission shaft and other parts, located at both ends of the transmission shaft. It can reduce the sliding friction of the equipment in operation, reduce power loss, and protect the steel parts in contact with it from wear and tear. Due to the higher pressure, its material and size requirements are high, and the fit gap between it and the transmission shaft is an important technical difficulty.
Different types and models of crushers may differ in the specific location and structure of the copper sleeve, but in general, the above are the common locations of the copper sleeve in the crusher. During the maintenance and overhaul of the crusher, these copper sleeves need to be inspected and replaced regularly to ensure the normal operation of the crusher.
