The forms of oil grooves are as follows:
Spiral oil groove: spiral around the inner or outer wall of the copper sleeve. Pitch and depth are designed according to specific requirements. When the shaft is rotating, it can make the lubricant flow along the spiral direction, form a good oil film and enhance the lubrication effect, which is suitable for high-speed rotation or occasions requiring continuous lubrication.
Ring shaped oil groove: It forms a closed ring in the circumferential direction of the copper sleeve. It can be single or multiple parallel distribution. Mainly used for storage of lubricant, so that the lubricant can be evenly distributed to the contact surface, to ensure lubrication uniformity, commonly used in low-speed, heavy load and lubrication uniformity requirements of high mechanical devices.

Linear oil groove: distributed along the axial or radial direction of the copper bush in a straight line. The length, width and depth are adjusted according to the specific application scenario. It can guide the flow direction of the lubricant, so that the lubricant can reach the parts that need lubrication quickly, and it is suitable for mechanical structures with linear motion, such as linear guide or piston device.
Mesh oil groove: It consists of several grooves in different directions connected to each other crosswise, similar to a mesh structure. It can make the lubricant more evenly distributed in the copper sleeve, increase the coverage area of the lubricant, improve the lubrication effect, and at the same time, it can also enhance the heat dissipation ability of the copper sleeve, which is suitable for high-load, high-temperature working environment.
Eight-shaped oil groove: the shape is similar to the “eight”, there are inner eight and outer eight points. This oil groove form can increase the lubricant storage and flow space to some extent, improve the lubrication performance, commonly used in some special mechanical parts, such as excavator bucket bushing bushings and so on.
