Crusher eccentric copper sleeve burnout may be caused by the following reasons:
First,Lubrication
Improper selection of lubricant
If the viscosity of the selected lubricant is not suitable, it cannot form a good oil film between the eccentric copper sleeve and the shaft, resulting in increased friction and excessive heat generation. For example, in the high temperature environment used too low viscosity lubricant, its fluidity is too strong, can not effectively carry the load, easy to cause direct contact with the metal and heat. Or the use of substandard quality lubricant, which may contain impurities or water, affecting the lubrication effect, accelerate the wear of the copper sleeve and generate heat.
Lubrication system failure
Damage to the oil pump, clogging of the oil pipe, filter failure and other conditions will lead to insufficient supply of lubricant. When the eccentric copper sleeve is not adequately lubricated, the coefficient of friction increases and the temperature rises rapidly. For example, if the oil pump pressure is insufficient to deliver the lubricant to the critical parts, the copper sleeve operates in a dry friction state, and the bushing will heat up and burn in a short time. Lubricant leakage will also reduce the amount of oil in the system, unable to maintain normal lubrication and cooling effect. May be seals aging, damage or improper installation caused by leakage.
Second, operation and maintenance aspects
Feeding problems
Uneven feeding, such as large pieces of material concentrated into the crusher, will make the eccentric copper sleeve instantly withstand a large impact load, causing local high temperature. When large materials enter frequently, the copper sleeve is continuously subjected to excessive stress, which will easily lead to heat and burn the sleeve. The feed material contains too much fine powder or sticky material, which is easy to accumulate in the crushing cavity, causing blockage, increasing the working load of the crusher and increasing the temperature of the eccentric copper sleeve.
Overloaded equipment operation
Overloading the crusher for a long time in pursuit of high output will cause the load on the eccentric copper sleeve to exceed the design range, intensifying the friction and increasing the temperature. For example, the feeding speed exceeding the processing capacity of the equipment will lead to an increase in crushing force and a sudden increase in the working pressure of the eccentric copper bushing, which will generate a large amount of heat. If the discharge opening is adjusted too small, the crushed material can not be discharged in time, and accumulates in the crushing cavity, which increases the crusher’s working resistance, and makes the eccentric copper sleeve load increase and the temperature rise.
Inadequate maintenance
No regular replacement of lubricating oil, with the prolongation of the use of time, the performance of lubricating oil declines, impurities increase, can not effectively lubricate and cool the eccentric copper sleeve. For example, lubricating oil that is not replaced for a long time will become viscous due to oxidation, pollution and other reasons, and the fluidity will deteriorate, reducing the lubrication effect.
Neglect the daily inspection of the equipment, can not find the abnormal conditions of the eccentric copper bushing in time, such as surface wear, scratches, etc.. These problems will affect the copper bushing and shaft fit precision, increase friction, resulting in higher temperatures.
Third, equipment design and manufacturing
Copper sleeve material is poor
Poor quality copper bushing material is used, and its hardness, strength, wear resistance and other properties cannot meet the working requirements of the crusher. Under the environment of high load and high friction, it is easy to wear and deform and generate too much heat. For example, low quality copper bushing may not have enough hardness and is easily worn by the shaft, resulting in increased clearance and increased friction.
Irrational design
The fit clearance between the eccentric copper sleeve and the shaft is improperly designed. If the clearance is too small, it is difficult for the lubricant to enter and form an effective oil film; if the clearance is too large, it will cause the copper sleeve to shake on the shaft, increasing friction and impact, both of which may cause the temperature to rise. The structure of the crusher is not reasonably designed, such as poor heat dissipation, unable to emit the heat generated by the eccentric copper bushing in time. It may be that the ventilation channel is not smooth or there is not enough heat dissipation area.
