Bronze bushings are alloys of copper with other elements (such as tin, aluminium, lead, phosphorus, manganese, silicon, etc.), which are widely used in the machinery industry because of their wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high strength. According to different compositions and characteristics,the classifications of bronze bushings:
Tin bronze bushings: Tin content is generally 3-14%, with good corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance. Suitable for high load, low speed occasions, used for heavy machinery bushings, gears, turbine, crankshaft bushings and other high load, low speed, shock load larger occasions.
Aluminium bronze bushings: Aluminium content is generally 5-12%, with high strength and good wear resistance. Used for high strength, wear resistance requirements of high mechanical components.
Lead bronze bushings: lead content improves self-lubricating properties and reduces friction. Used for medium speed, heavy load bearing.

Phosphor bronze bushings: Contains trace amounts of phosphorus, which enhances the hardness and elasticity of the alloy. Suitable for precision instruments and wear-resistant parts.
Manganese Bronze bushings:An alloy of copper and manganese with good wear and impact resistance. Manganese bronze has high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good wear resistance and impact resistance. Commonly used in heavy machinery, railways, ships, aerospace and other fields, suitable for high strength and high impact resistance requirements of the parts.
Silicon bronze bushings: has good tensile strength, wear resistance, electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Suitable for marine, chemical, ship and other occasions requiring high corrosion resistance, such as ship propellers, pumps, valves and so on.
