Pure copper
Characteristics: copper has high electrical and thermal conductivity, good ductility and formability, relatively poor corrosion resistance and low strength.
Applications: cables, electrical equipment, heat exchangers, etc.
Brass (copper-zinc alloy)
Classification: including ordinary brass and high copper brass.
Ordinary brass: suitable for casting and cold working, with good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
High Copper Brass: Improved strength and wear resistance.
Applications: valves, gears, decorations, etc.
Bronze (copper-tin alloy)
Classification: Including cast bronze and wrought bronze.
Cast Bronze: Used for casting complex shaped parts.
Wrought Bronze: Suitable for applications requiring high strength and wear resistance.
Applications: artwork, machine parts, bearings, etc.
Aluminium bronze (copper-aluminium alloy)
Classification: Includes aluminium bronze and high aluminium bronze.
Aluminium Bronze: Aluminium content is generally between 4-10%, providing excellent strength and wear resistance.
High Aluminium Bronze: Higher aluminium content provides better corrosion and wear resistance.
Applications: marine equipment, aerospace parts, mining machinery, etc.

copper
Phosphor Bronze (Copper-Phosphorus Alloy)
Classification: Including phosphor bronze and aluminium phosphor bronze.
Phosphor Bronze: Phosphorus content is usually between 0.1-0.5%, which enhances elasticity and wear resistance.
Aluminium phosphor bronze: Aluminium is added to increase strength and corrosion resistance.
Applications: springs, electrical contacts, elastic parts, etc.
Copper-nickel alloys
Characteristics: Includes copper-nickel alloys (e.g. nickel bronze) to provide good corrosion resistance and strength.
Applications: marine engineering, chemical equipment, corrosion-resistant parts, etc.
Copper-nickel-zinc alloy
Characteristics: Excellent overall performance, good corrosion resistance and processability.
Applications: for highly demanding mechanical parts and corrosion-resistant environments.
Each copper alloy has its own unique properties and application areas. Selecting the right copper material according to the needs is essential to ensure the quality and performance of the project.
